Vanilla and Pistachio Biscuit Balls Recipe



three cups tea biscuits or 300 g, crumbled

1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g

½ cup butter or a hundred g, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

½ cup pistachio nuts or seventy 5 g, chopped

½ cup tea biscuits or 50 g, additional quantity, crumbled


Combine all parts in a bowl and mix neatly apart from for the additional crumbled biscuits.

Sort the mixture into small balls, and then roll into the additional crumbled biscuits.

Allow to cool in fridge and serve.
