4 bananas (mashed)
1 1/2 cups milk
4 croissant (cut into chunks)
2 cups chopped bread
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 med granny smith apple (chopped)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Let everything soak together for 10 minutes.
Divide between 12 large, muffin cups and bake at 400 F for 20 minutes or until firm.
