Low fat oven fries. Crispy and delicious fries, ready in less than an hour.
INGREDIENTS
5 medium baking potatoes
1/3 cup canola oil
Seasoned salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 F degrees.
Slice potatoes (vertically) into strips up to an inch wide and 1/4 of an inch thick, or use a potato slicer to get uniform looking fries.
Poor oil onto a cookie sheet, evenly coating it, and place potato slices side by side in the oil.
Sprinkle slices with seasoned salt.
Bake for thirty minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
