Fake Rum Balls

1 cup pitted dried dates
3/4 cup LSA
1 TB Cocoa powder
1 TB Honey
2 TB dessicated coconut
1-2 TB boiling water.

In a food processor, blend the dates, LSA mix, honey and cocoa powder. Add boiling water gradually and process until mixture comes together. (depending on the brand of dates you use you may need more or less) Roll mixture into balls and roll in coconut. Pop in the fridge to set. 75 calories per ball, 2g protein and 2.4g fibre – a yummy HEALTHY snack.
