Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter Cups

 

**All-Natural, Gluten Free, Dairy Free**

1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 all natural buttery spread (Earth Balance)
1/4 cup all natural peanut butter
1 cup all natural shredded coconut (no sugar added)
1 cup raw almonds

In a pan, add the chocolate chips, buttery spread, and peanut butter.
Heat and stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Turn off the heat. Add the coconut and almonds and mix well.
Spoon into paper lined muffin tins. Fill each tin about 2/3 full. Place in the freezer and chill until firm (about 30 minutes). Remove from the freezer.
Put extra Chocolate Cups in a freezer bag and store in the freezer for future desserts. Remove from the freezer and allow to soften a little before eating.
