1 package of frozen roll dough
1 box butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 cup sugar
1 stick butter
chopped pecans (opt.)
Spray a bundt pan with non sticking cooking spray. Sprinkle with pecans. I love the pecans, but since the rest of my family doesn’t, I leave them out. Next put in the frozen roll dough. In a small bowl mix together pudding, cinnamon, and sugar. Sprinkle over the dough. Cut butter into pats and place throughout the pan. Cover with aluminum foil and let rise OVERNIGHT on the kitchen counter.
Next morning, pop it into a 350º oven and bake about 20-30 minutes or until done. Invert pan on a large plate or cake stand. Enjoy!
