They’re a simple, protein-packed, whole food that everyone loves to snack on.
Place eggs in the bottom of your pot. Add enough cold water to come about 1-inch above the eggs. (You can use as many eggs that fit in the pot without overcrowding).
Bring the water to a boil. Once you’ve got your boil, turn off the heat, pop on a lid and set your timer for 11 minutes.
Drain your the water and if you want to attempt to make your eggs ‘easy-peelers’ submerge the eggs in cold water for a few minutes (feel free to add ice cubes).
