Serve as a side dish, and top it off with your favorite sauces.
1/2 lb. pasta pre cooked
1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp. olive oil for the frittata + 4 tbsp. for the cooking pan
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Mix together all ingredients except the pasta in a large bowl.
Heat the 4 tbsp. olive oil in a large frying pan.
Add the pasta to the egg mixture and mix well.
Pour the egg and pasta into the hot frying and sauté until golden brown.
Place a platter on top of the pan, flip over and slide the frittata back into the frying pan.
