Slow and Easy Beef Stew

 

2 lbs stewing beef
4 carrots, cut up
2 onions, cut up
4 potatoes, cut up
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with below
1/2 cup water
Directions:

1 Layer in large casserole or Dutch oven in order given.
2 Cover and bake for 5 hours at 275 degrees fahrenheit.
3 Note: This can also be cooked in a crock pot on high.
