1 cup mixed unsalted nuts (I used peanuts, almonds and pistachios)
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
1 In large pan, combine cashews and sugar over medium high heat.
2 Stir until sugar melts completely (about 5-7 minutes). Lower heat, and stir in lemon pepper.
3 Pour onto sheet of wax paper on a cooling rack, and spread out. Allow to cool.
4 Store in tightly-sealed container.
