Blackberry Popsicles

 

Blackberries are in season and creamy blackberry popsicles are an easy healthy treat. Use coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version of this dessert.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup blackberries
3 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend 1/2 cup of blackberries with the syrup until smooth.
Add the yogurt to the mashed berries, stirring gently to create a swirly effect.
Carefully stir in the rest of the berries.
Spoon the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze for at least two hours.
