1 tablespoon olive oil
400g beef mince
1 carrot, finely diced
1 celery stick, finely diced
1 red capsicum, finely diced
700g tomato pasta sauce
grated tasty cheese or parmesan, to serve
Heat oil in a large saucepan on high. Cook mince for 5 minutes, until browned. Stir in vegetables and cook for 3 minutes. Add tomato pasta sauce and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, until vegetables are soft. Season to taste.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain.
Serve spaghetti topped with sauce and grated cheese.
