1 package 16 ounces of bow tie pasta
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 pound of white cheddar cheese (shredded to about 4 cups)
1 package of frozen peas
 pound diced ham
How to Make:
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 inch pan.

While pasta is cooking, in a medium sauce pan melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until well blended. Let cook for 1 minute.
Whisk in 1 cup milk. Continuously whisk until smooth.
Whisk in remaining 1 cup of milk, constantly whisking until thick and smooth, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in salt and pepper to taste then whisk in 2 cups of cheese until smooth.
In a large bowl mix together pasta, cheese sauce (what you just mixed together) and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
Stir in the peas and ham.
Pour into the baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese along the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
