My Strawberry Vanilla Protein Smoothie is a quick and delicious pre or post workout snack
Smoothies really are one of my favorite meals in the summer, they’re just so fast and so easy (not to mention absolutely delicious).
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla soymilk (I use WestSoy)
2 tbsp. of water
Combine soymilk, water, and protein powder in a blender and blend until well combined.
Add in frozen strawberries and blend until you have a nice thick, creamy, dlishes smoothie. Enjoy!
