Dairy free mocha frappe

This dairy free mocha frappe recipe makes for a delightful snack. Pay close attention, lactose free readers!

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups ice cubes
1 cup coffee, strong; cold or at room temperature
3.4 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Cover and blend until smooth, pulsing to break up the ice (if necessary).
3. Serve immediately.

NOTES
For a rich, creamy frappe, skip the light coconut milk. Of course, if you must, light coconut milk will certainly work in this recipe.
