There is nothing off-putting about this smoothie. No sneaky vegetables. It’s made with deliciously sweet fruit- a banana and a handful of blueberries.
3/4 cup non-dairy milk (or coconut water)
1 banana (preferably frozen)
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tbsp. hemp seeds
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
ice and additional sweetener, as needed
Place all ingredients together in blender and blend until completely smooth. (If smoothie is too thick- due to the frozen fruit- just add a couple small splashes of almond milk until you reach the desired consistency).
If your fruit is not frozen, I suggest adding a handful of ice to thicken and chill the smoothie.
