SMASHED FRIED RANCH POTATOES

 

three lbs crimson potatoes, washed
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip combine
Olive oil
2 T garlic powder

Boil potatoes unless smooth. Drain and let cool totally. When they are cool, preheat a skillet over medium excessive warmth. Pour about 1/four inch of olive oil into skillet. Gently smash the potatoes with the palm of your hand to reasonably flatten however no longer breaking them aside. Location in a single layer of the skillet. Fry except golden brown on one facet.
