Most of us have an ongoing love affair with pasta. It doesn’t matter if it is spaghetti, rigatoni or manicotti, it is always welcome on our dinner table. Of course, when you have chicken stuffed manicotti prepared and sitting in front of you, it is a treat that is beyond compare.
Many people avoid making stuffed manicotti because they feel as if it is too difficult to make. Nothing could be further from the truth! As you will see in this recipe, it is simple to prepare yet so delicious to eat.
8 oz. pasta food
3 C. stewed and sliced chicken
2 T. butter
1 C. finely sliced Spanish onion
10 oz. recent baby spinach
1 clove garlic, minced
15 oz. milk cheese cheese
1 massive egg
1/4 C. cheese cheese
2 C. sliced cheese cheese
10 oz. jar alfredo sauce
Cook the pasta per pkg. directions, drain and put aside. Soften the butter in a very cooking pan over Master of Education. High heat and sauté the onion for four minutes, add within the spinach and garlic and cook until the spinach has limp. Take away from the warmth.
Combine the cheese, egg, and 1/4 C. cheese in a bowl.
Stir within the chicken and onion/spinach mixture. Gently spray an oversized baking dish with change of state spray. Take one in all the tubes of food and fill with some spoons full of the mixture (I cheat and split one aspect open, fill and roll up). Place within the baking dish and repeat.
