Calories- 140 Carbohydrates- 5g Fats- 10g Protein- 5g Sugars- 2g

Ingredients

Try to use organic ingredients as much as possible

2 cups almond (250g)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (15g), try to get sulfate free

1/4 cup raw honey (30g)

1/2 cup natural crunchy peanut butter (125g)

2 tbs virgin or extra virgin coconut oil (30g)

1/2 tsp unrefined sea salt

Method

1) Place almonds and coconut into a blender and coarsely blend, put into a bowl

2) Place the coconut oil, salt and peanut butter into a small saucepan and melt over low heat until combined

3) Turn the heat off and stir in the honey, this will prevent it from destroying the nutrients

4) Add peanut mixture to dry ingredients and mix until well combined, I find using my hands is best

5) Pour mixture into a lined container and press down firm with your hands to make it compact

6) Put into the freezer for 2-3 hours before slicing

7) Store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for later use
