1-1/4 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.)
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter
1 cup of sugar
Shake in some of the sprinkles and continue to mix. Shake in some more and mix again. This makes sure the sprinkles are evenly distributed. Save some of the sprinkles for the topping though.
Spread the mixture into the prepared 9×13 pan. Gently press on the top of the mixture to make sure it is even and flat.
Sprinkle with remaining sprinkles.
*****If using icing, allow to cool after you spread the mixture into the pan. Then ice it and place the sprinkles on top of the icing.
