1 package of Oreo cookies
1 package of cream cheese
2 8 oz packages of baker’s chocolate (I used white)
1.Crush 36 cookies to find crumbs (I used the food processor which worked wonderfully). Place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese, mix well until well blended. Roll cookie mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
2. Place in fridge for 10-15 min.
3. Dip balls in melted chocolate, place on wax paper
4. Place in fridge to set chocolate about 1 hour. Store in container in fridge or freezer.
