This breakfast/snack/mini-meal idea is one of the many ways I like to eat yogurt. And just like oatmeal or smoothies there are about 101 different ways you could make this. Sometimes it’s more about a fresh perspective on a simple stand-by than it is an original, involved recipe or idea!
INGREDIENTS
1 small container of plain Greek yogurt (5.3 oz.)
1/2 a frozen banana, chopped up
1 tsp. of Cacao Nibs
1 tsp. sliced almonds
A squish of honey, Agave, or maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Top yogurt with banana, cacao, almonds, honey, and cinnamon.
Give it all a stir and enjoy!
