1 ¼ C quick cooking oats
1 C flour (all purpose)
1/3 C sugar
1 T baking powder
½ t salt
1 C milk
1 egg
¼ C vegetable oil
1 C blueberries
Preheat oven to 425.
Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in bowl. Then mix in milk, egg, and oil mixing until ingredients are moistened. Finally fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter and bake for 20-25 mins.
