Wonton Breakfast Cups


10 Wonton Wraps
3 eggs
2 oz. cheese, shredded
3 {thick cut} Ham slices
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. hot sauce (optional)
1/2 tbsp. onion powder
1/2 cup milk
salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 400 F.
Grease 10 muffin tins, put a wonton wraps to each muffin cup and add a little sprinkle of cheese to the bottom. Bake for 5 Minutes.

Combine the eggs, garlic powder, hot sauce, onion powder, salt and pepper and milk. Whisk together until the eggs are light and frothy.
Cut the ham slices into small pieces, cut the pepper into small pieces.
Add the pepper & ham pieces to the egg mixture. Pour in egg mixture and top with cheese.

Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes {or until the eggs are set and the wontons are a crisp golden brown}
