1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
Salt to taste (about 1/2 tsp.)
Pepper to taste
1- 16 oz. can mixed vegetables, drained or 10 oz. bag frozen vegetables- cooked and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom
1/2 soup can of rich milk
Lightly brown ground beef and onion together. Drain off fat and season with salt and pepper. Place meat mixture in a flat 2 quart (8×10 inch) casserole dish. Cover with drained vegetables. Dilute soup with milk, pour over meat mixture and vegetables. Cover with tater tots. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees fro 1 hour or until nice and bubbly. Serve 4 to 5.
