Light, crispy and crunchy and adds yet another layer of sweet cinnamon goodness!
2 tsp. coconut oil
1 apple, chopped
A few dashes of cinnamon
Itty-bitty pinch of salt
1/4 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. Kashi Go Lean Crisp (Cinnamon Crumble)
Heat coconut oil in a medium non-stick sauté pan. Toss in chopped apple along with the cinnamon and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the apples are browned tender.
Transfer apples to a bowl and top with Greek yogurt and cereal.
