This batch of chicken salad could easily be split into two different sandwiches and served with a side.
3 oz. shredded chicken
1/2 a small avocado, cubed (around 50 grams)
1/2 cup black beans
2 tbsp. of non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Serve on bread, over a salad, on crackers, or anyway you want!
