Breakfast Pizza

 

what you need

4 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1/4 cup skim milk
2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
1 cup chopped zucchini
1 cup chopped red peppers
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 ready-to-use baked whole wheat pizza crust (12 inch)
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese make it
HEAT oven to 375ºF.

BEAT first 3 ingredients with whisk until well blended; set aside.

HEAT dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables and seasoning; cook 5 to 7 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add egg mixture; cook 5 min. or just until eggs are set, stirring occasionally. Spoon over pizza crust; top with cheese.

BAKE 5 to 8 min. or until cheese is melted.

The trick to fluffy, moist eggs is to stir them as little as possible while they cook.

Top pizza with 2 cooked and crumbled reduced-sodium bacon slices before baking as directed.
