6 tbsp coconut flour
1 large egg
3 tbsp egg whites
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
100g fresh blueberries
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Stevia (optional)
1⃣Preheat oven to 350F
2⃣Mix all ingredients except blueberries
3⃣Gently mix in blueberries
4⃣Pour into muffin cups and bake until done (around 20 mins)
5⃣Let it cool before touching the muffins
