Creamy Broccoli-Bacon Bake


what you need:

6 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 carrots, sliced
1 tub (270 g) Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cooking Creme
2 green onions, sliced
3/4 cup Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
make it
HEAT oven to 425°F.

ADD broccoli and carrots to saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.

PLACE cooked vegetables in large bowl. Add reserved water, Cooking Creme and onions; stir until vegetables are evenly coated with sauce.

SPOON into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with shredded cheese and bacon bits. Cover.

BAKE 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 min.

Substitute cauliflower florets for the broccoli.
