What you need:
1 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
HEAT oven to 350°F.
COMBINE Miracle Whip and bananas in large bowl. Mix flour, sugar and baking soda. Add to Miracle Whip mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
POUR into greased 9×5-inch loaf pan.
BAKE 55 min. to 1 hour or until wooden toothpick inserted in centre comes clean. Cool in pan 10 min.; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
For easier slicing, wrap bread and store overnight before slicing to serve.
