Baked Banana Chips – children love these! Slice bananas very skinny (1/eight”), brush with lemon juice blended with merely a little water, sprinkle with cinnamon and kosher salt. Bake at 250F for about 2 hours, turning after ninety minutes. Let cool (the longer they cool the crispier they improve into). Smear a little peanut butter between them if you like. Very good sweet little deal with!
