Ingredients:
12 ladyfinger cookie halves
4 teaspoons of orange juice
1 1/2 cups of raspberries, blueberries, and sliced strawberries
1 cup of red and yellow papaya cubed
1 6-ounce carton of vanilla yogurt (fat free is recommended)
2 ounces of whipped cream
Fresh mint (optional)
4 dessert dishes
Directions:
Divide the ladyfinger cookies between the 4 dessert dishes
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of orange juice (or orange liqueur if you’re feeling sassy!) in each dessert dish over the ladyfinger cookies
Fold whipped cream into the vanilla yogurt
Fill each dessert dish halfway with the berries and top with the yogurt mixture
Top with more berries
Garnish with fresh mint (optional)
