2 English muffins
2 tablespoons pizza sauce or 2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup cheese
1/2 cup ham
1/2 cup pineapple
Directions:
1 Cut the muffins in half.
2 spread with sauce.
3 add toppings (as you would pizza).
4 cook under grill until cheese melts.
