Cheesy bacon bites


1 Can of Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Biscuits
Mozzarella Cheese, cubed into 1″x1″ cubes
1 12oz Package of Bacon
Canola oil for frying (or any other oil of your choice)
Toothpicks to hold everything together
In a medium size sauce pan, fill with your canola oil so it is 2-3 inches deep.
Heat oil to 350 degrees.
Take your Grands Flaky Biscuits and flatten them out, and cut them into 4 equal pieces.
Place 1 mozzarella cube in the center of each biscuit. Be sure to wrap the biscuit tightly around the cheese, so that the entire piece of cheese is cover. (This will help prevent cheese oozing out.)
Wrap one slice of bacon around each cheese filled biscuit ball and secure with a toothpick.
Drop 3-4 Bites into oil at a time, making sure to not over crowd.
Allow to fry for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
Place Cheesy Bacon Bites onto a plate covered with paper towel to drain.
Serve while they are warm and gooey.
