2 cups pineapple chunks
1 cup red bell peppers
1/4 cup jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup red onions
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon ancho chili powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1. Combine the pineapple, bell pepper, jalapeno, red onion, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
2. Stir together the lime juice, chili powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
