Cake is a fantastic treat but many of us avoid making it at home because there is so much mess involved. Not only do we make a mess all over the counter but the cleanup of the equipment is a real pain as well. Fortunately, I found this cake recipe and the only thing you need is a blender!
You can use any blender to make this cake if you just follow the instructions. A high-end blender is always going to work better but even an inexpensive blender will do just fine.
This is what the cake will look like. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as the looks but the way it is made… Simple!
Gather your ingredients together and throw everything into the blender. Here is a list of what you will need.
1 cup oil
2 cups water
3 tbs vanilla (Yes, tablespoons. Trust us.)
2 tbs vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
3 cups flour
After blending the batter, it will be light and fluffy. It is just perfect for making a great cake!
Pour the batter into the pans and bake it like you would any other cake.
Add some icing and any other toppings you desire, cut yourself a big slice and enjoy!
