Healthy and easy-to-make baked protein banana oatmeal.
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp. plain greek yogurt
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 packet truvia
6 almonds
cinnamon to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Add oats, protein powder, yogurt, egg white, baking powder, cinnamon and truvia to a bowl and mix. Thinly slice banana, and add to mix. Slice almonds, and add in.
Spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, and pour mixture into pan.
Bake at 400 F for 18 minutes. Cool before serving.
