1 1/2 c dried minced onion
2/3 c beef bouillon granules
2/3 c onion powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 c dried minced garlic (optional if you want garlicy, beefy onion soup mix)
Mix all these ingredients together and store in an airtight container. This recipes makes about 3 cups mix. Use 4 or 5 tablespoons when a recipe calls for one envelope mix.
