1 cup low fat sour cream
1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise… ( substitute yogurt here)
1/2 t dried parsley
1 t dried dill weed
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1/4 t ground black pepper
Blend all of the ingredients together. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Enjoy!!!
Substitute plain yogurt for the mayo, Is what I do its good.
