Skinny Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

 

Fluffy out-of-this-world delicious apple pancakes with less calories!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup skim milk
1 egg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tbsp. Splenda

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat skillet/griddle to 375 F.
Mix the bisquick, milk, egg, cinnamon, applesauce and Splenda in a bowl until fully combined.
Grease your skillet/griddle. Pour about 1/4 cup of the mixture on your griddle to create a bite-sized pancake.
Repeat until you use all of your mixture. Serve with some syrup & ice cold milk!
